Time to Rest - Restorative Yoga
Also known as active rest. Restorative Yoga uses bolsters, blankets, blocks, bricks and belts to build up poses that support the body completely, encouraging rest and relaxation. Poses can be held anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes depending on the posture.
Stream - Stretch, Restore and Meditate
Stream - Stretch, Restore and Meditate
A combination of gentle floor based stretches to open and balance the body, followed by relaxation in a restorative pose, with time for a seated meditation (optional). Note that the meditation can also built in to the restorative relaxation if preferred.
