Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga uses bolsters, blankets, blocks, bricks and belts to build up poses that support the body completely, encouraging rest and relaxation. Poses can be held anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes depending on the posture.

Gentle Yoga

Explores somatic practices designed to balance, open, soften, strength and stabilise.

Hatha Yoga

Traditional alignment based practice.
